Our Services

Heritage Realty Group Inc. will provide the following services:

  • Provide personnel, which are employees of Heritage Realty Group, Inc., to manage the complex.
  • Show units to prospective tenants
  • Interview and select tenants
  • Check prospective tenants’ references
  • Collect deposits and escrow funds
  • Furnish leases and insert special instructions per owner request (i.e. no pets, etc.)
  • Collect rent, bill tenant for any back bills (i.e. water, sewer, trash, damages, etc.)
  • Take necessary action to collect delinquencies
  • Check units after tenants vacate. Assess damages and cleaning charges. Return deposit (less charges) to tenants within
  • 30 days after the lease is terminated.
  • Furnish a statement to owners each month with complete account of all receipts with owner proceeds.
  • Hire only vendors or contractors with workman’s comp and liability insurance
  • Provide 24 hour emergency maintenance services.
  • Re-evaluate rental amounts annually after analyzing previous year’s performance and studying comparable rentals.
  • Send rental increase letters to present tenants as well as publishing a new schedule of rents.
  • Market rental properties through many sources.
  • Monitoring of all expenses
  • Assist CPA/Accountant with preparation of federal tax returns
  • Provide scheduling, access and compliance with rental code inspections
